My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that! We are very happy with CPPM and recommend them highly. They have always found us great tenants, and any issues with the property or concerns of the tenants, are addressed quickly with the minimum of fuss. They have a good network of reliable tradesmen, and payment is always prompt and accurate.

The team was professional and timely with their communication. There were issues outside of their control regarding settlement of another property which delayed the exit of previous tenants, but the team handled it well, kept me informed and did the best for everyone involved.
