I’ve had an incredibly smooth experience with Downtown Property during my move to Tasmania. Moving internationally can be stressful, but they made the whole process so easy from start to finish. I had some initial concerns about traffic noise, and the team was incredibly helpful in addressing all of my questions and putting my mind at ease. Getting into my new place was also a remarkably smooth process, which made a huge difference during an already busy move. They had done a great job inspecting the place and documenting the interior of the apartment prior to my move in. The apartment itself is great, and I’m very happy with the location and the view out my window is fabulous. Most of all, the staff have been wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. I already feel like I know them, which is such a nice feeling when you’re new to a place. I’m really grateful to Downtown Property for making my transition to Tasmania so easy. Highly recommend them!

Hannah and her Team have always acted professionally been fair in dealings with both myself and the Tenants. Very happy to recommend their service.

My experience was very positive. Communication was timely and the process was straight-forward.

Team were very responsive & helpful. Understood my requirements quickly.

Prue was incredibly helpful, she was attentive to what property I was looking for and made excellent recommendations, saved me time on pointless inspections with accurate descriptions of certain properties. And then she was able to work quickly with the owner to get me approved

Fall Real Estate was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they were always responsive and supportive. Highly recommend!

Great communication, good advice and problems solved quickly. Makes owning an investment property in hobart stress free.

Across the entire organisation, a Harrison representative provides a professional, realistic, warm and genuine full and complete service. Their systems and exceptional responsiveness put you in the know, keeping you up to date and in control of your property and feeling like a respected business partner, not just another number. Recommending Harrison Agents is my pleasure, as I know you'll get the exemplary advice and customer service you've been looking for and know you deserve.

As interstate owners, we were completely dependent on Alex and the team to manage our Hobart apartment rental and they were fantastic. Communication was great. We always knew what was happening, with regular updates keeping us in the loop from the mainland without having to chase anyone down. Their local market knowledge was a real asset too. They gave us honest, grounded advice on Hobart conditions which helped us stay realistic throughout. They went all-in with advertising and numerious viewings and even though it took a bit longer than we hoped to find the right tenant, they never let up. The result? A great long-term tenant and real confidence in handing over ongoing management to Alex and the team. Highly recommend, especially if you're managing a property from interstate.
