In our initial meeting Michael provided us with an accurate view of the market and in line with what our research had predicted. Communication through initial phase of set up for the sale was great. Being from Victoria we were not familiar with the different selling practices in Tasmania such as deposit amounts, early access to deposits and contract preparation.
