As an investor residing in the vibrant city of Sydney, I had the pleasure of working with Nikita, whose exceptional skills and dedication truly made a difference in my property journey. From the outset, Nikita demonstrated an unparalleled level of commitment, assisting me with a thorough final inspection accompanied by a comprehensive and detailed report. Her keen eye for detail ensured that no stone was left unturned, providing me with peace of mind and clarity about the property’s condition. Nikita’s proactive approach extended beyond the inspection itself. She took the initiative to organise necessary repairs by reaching out to a multitude of vendors, ensuring that everything was in top-notch condition before the property was ready for the market. Her ability to coordinate with various professionals was nothing short of impressive, showcasing her exceptional organisational skills and resourcefulness. In a remarkable display of her dedication, Nikita even conducted a FaceTime call with a potential tenant residing in Queensland. This innovative approach allowed for a seamless and efficient interaction, bridging the geographical gap and ensuring that the tenant could experience the property firsthand, despite the distance. The pre-rental conditional report that Nikita provided was nothing short of fantastic, presented in an augmented reality format that added a modern and engaging touch to the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout, making the entire experience not only efficient but also enjoyable. In conclusion, working with Nikita was an absolute delight, and I cannot recommend her services highly enough. Her ability to make the impossible possible and her willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. If you’re looking for a dedicated and exceptional property manager, Nikita is the perfect choice. A truly great experience!

Lance was brilliant to work with. He helped my partner and I secure a lease in such a quick and efficient manner. We loved the house, and he was kind enough to arrange a private viewing and kept us well informed throughout the process. We cannot recommend him highly enough 😊 an absolute pleasure.

Lance was enthusiastic and highly Professional. His personalised emails went beyond courtesy; he made us feel cared for and valued throughout the process. Everything was organised fast and his communication was exceptionally clear, outlining exactly what was needed and what the next steps were. Harrison agents were incredibly efficient: we applied Friday, received approval on Saturday, and had the lease sent to us almost immediately after viewing the property and stating how much we loved it! It has been a seamless and completely stress-free experience.
