Our first viewing of the property was attended by Grace Lawes his assistant, as he was tied up in a meeting, Grace was early had the property open when we arrived, was very informative about the property, we had two more viewings which Grace organised, on the last viewing we put an offer on the table which Grace took to the vendor which was accepted, Grace had all the paperwork with her so the deal was signed and delivered on the day, during the days after the sale Grace was extremely helpful being available for inspections and organising the keys after settlement as we were caught up in the Covid 19 isolation at this time , a great job done by Harrison Humphrey real estate,
