Jo gave my partner, Warren, and I a thorough viewing of the house and asked us, quite a few times, if we had any questions. She had all the relevant paperwork with her and explained each step to Warren and I which was great. We are from Melbourne and the Real Estate rules are a bit different in Tasmania than Victoria.
