Within 24 hours of receiving confirmation for the sale of my property to go ahead, a whopping 11 couples had been lined up to inspect the property as prospective purchasers! The following 24 hours led to 2 contracts being put forward, which ultimately resulted in the successful sale of the property - all before even having to pay for marketing expenses!
