Jesse proved to be a resourceful, energetic and well mannered agent. He suggested how to improve the property's presentation, knew who could do particular jobs, maintained a positive outlook and was well prepared to publicize the place several ways. He kept in contact and was reassuring. He communicated clearly and meant what he said rather than tried to make a good impression without coming up with the goods. The property required a long term effort on his behalf as finance fell through for 2 consecutive buyers. He persisted and I stuck with him and eventually someone bought the property who could actually get finance. A good outcome.
