We had a house in Launceston, Tasmania and we needed to let it go even though we love that house so much. The house was left in poor shape, thanks from the previous tenants.

The marketing was smooth with videos (actually, this is our first time to see our house in video clip and it looked like a very different house in a beautiful way), internet & social media advertisements. He has an excellent knowledge about housing market and he worked really hard to follow up every potential buyer. We had our first offer at 4 weeks mark and the negotiation was smoothly and efficiently guided through. Even though we did not get the settlement with our first buyer, Jarrah follows up every customer again and found another buyer for our house. The settlement was smooth this time. Jarrah sorted out problems in a very professional way.
