Jarrah was super friendly, diligent and extremely patient throughout our ongoing subdivision process. He gave solid support and steered us in the right direction with any contacts or ideas throughout. Even when the headaches arose, nothing was a problem for him! He takes a realistic approach and does what he says, he made the negotiation process easy and was always up for a chat. Two thumbs up here!

We wanted to buy our dream house which just came on the market , but needed to sell our house in order to do so. Jarrah quickly made time to come see our house for an appraisal , we signed the contract the next day, photos taken 2 days later, and then was on the market with offers coming in in less than a week! Bought a property and decided to sell our current property with Jesse. He was across everything and always returned missed calls etc. To this day he is still in contact about the property we purchased through him due to some deceased estate issues, which has been going on for over 4 months.
