After applying for many rentals & experiencing false information, inspecting houses that were already allocated and actually given a rental but then it was gone again, Lance was a breath of fresh air. Lance made it all so simple for us and acted very quickly to get us approved by owner, house inspected so we could find our new home. He understood I wanted to get out of the merry go round of rental applications ASAP, communicated in written & verbal forms in the most positive cheery attitude & made me feel I was not just another number. Really it was all sorted within 48hrs, amazing! just so grateful for the professionalism, kindness & time he gave us, what a Gem you have there in Lance.

When requesting a rental inspection, the agent was responsive with emails and answered questions that we asked. They listened to our current situation and were very accommodating regarding demands placed by other real estate agencies. Would happily go through this application and rental process with this company again compared to other experiences we have had in the past.

After selling my home very quickly and needing to find a rental home for myself, my children and my fur babies I was assured I would be assisted to ensure a suitable home could be found prior to settlement. I cannot fault the support and service I have been provided by the Harrison team, especially Lance who put me at ease from the very second of meeting him. Prior to this his email communication was warm, caring, professional and informative. I am very grateful to have found the perfect home for us to move to, whilst it felt like a long time it was only a week. Thankyou Lance! Also thankyou to Josh for facilitating the assistance from the rental team.
