Not every real estate agent can see the potential in a unique property. Where some agents may have seen an older house with no modern updates. Michael saw a one of a kind property, he saw what we loved and he approached our sale with the type of excitement and care that we had been hoping for. From buying a house with him to selling ours within the month, it was a certainly a whirlwind. But we felt supported, informed and safe the entire time. He was only ever a phone call away and we never had to ask for information, he was always first to call. In fact I might even miss talking to him multiple times a day, because every phone call felt like talking to a friend! We cannot recommend Michael highly enough, he exceeded all our expectations and even changed our opinion on agents. When we’ve told people who our agent is, we’re consistently hearing the same golden opinion of him. He has a reputation in Launceston for being a top bloke, honest, reliable and down to earth. We could not have hoped for a better experience! 10/10

We especially loved the Bailey and Michael combo as it felt like working with friends and always dealing with real genuine salt of the earth type of blokes. We’ve met a lot of real estate agents in our time and usually the wank factor is extremely high or the care factor is very low. These two have got the exact right personalities, they are down to earth, friendly and reliable. We felt like our sale was in good hands and selling within the week was just an added bonus! Bailey was on the clock the whole time, working hard and working late to make sure it got listed on time and leads were followed up on. Could not recommend him higher!

Luke was great from day 1, from initial meeting Luke understood our property and our thoughts and plans. He communicated every step of the way and listened to our needs as well as letting us know his experience in the market. You can tell he has a lot on at any time but it always felt like he was 100% focussed on us and our sale. By far the best real estate agent and team we have ever dealt with. I would recommend Luke in a heartbeat to anyone selling a house.
