This was our first time selling a property, and we were interstate. So truly flying blind. Michael came recommended to us - and I understand why. He and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Always available, no question too silly, so proactive and helpful when it came to setting up styling, touch up repairs (in January no less!), photography and everything else. Josh is a knowledgeable, presentable and honest young man. We were straight with him from the beginning and he returned the favour throughout the selling process. He and Piper (I call them Batman and Robin) are a perfect team in real estate. They are both very personable and complement each other in many ways. They were both on the same page, they both had knowledge of all interested parties and would give excellent feedback and advice. They both very quickly seemed to understand our aim and needs throughout the selling of our property. Josh allowed Piper to negotiate on our behalf which gave us confidence as she had the first communication with our buyer. She was able to increase the offer but knew when limits were reached. When our buyer requested early access to the property they gave us very useful and honest advice which we really respected. Overall we would recommend Josh (and Piper) as quality real estate agents who work hard to achieve the sellers aims. We would definitely recommend Harrison’s Real Estate company as everyone we received emails, messages or phone calls from were professional, personable and pleasant.
