I brought my property from Jarrah in April and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a very professional, efficient and enthusiastic agent. Jarrah always got back to me when he said he would, nothing was too hard for him and he was very happy to assist me regardless of the time or the day that I called him. Buying this property from Jarrah was a very easy and enjoyable experience. I have had to call on Jarrah since moving in and he was more than willing to assist. I would highly recommend Jarrah, he made purchasing my house a very pleasurable experience.

I have found Jarrah a breath of fresh air with maturity beyond his years. Extremely polite, enthusiastic and committed, Jarrah was always readily available and supportive if and when necessary, most impressively going above and beyond to ensure the sale continued until finalised. I would recommend this young man with 100% confidence to any prospective clients that they too will find him as delightful and as professional as I have.

Jarrah is well suited to being an Real Estate agent, he shows great patience and flexibilty when needed. Great communication skills on all platforms, always answered the phone or rang back within 30 minutes. Would recommend to friends/family and have already done so.

I recently purchased a small commercial property, Jarrah Burns was the agent. Jarrah was knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout. Nothing was to much trouble, he kept us informed, and where ever necessary 'followed up' promptly. Well done and thank you Jarrah!

Jarrah knew our circumstances and expectations and worked well with us. His communication and updates were first rate. At now time did he press us to accept an offer that did not suit us. We believe he was honest and forth rite at all times. Would have no problems recommending Jarrah to any prospective clients. David and Gaylene Ridgeway

We first met Jarrah on 29 June, were impressed by his energy and passion, and decided to ask him to sell out house. The house went on the internet the following Tuesday. Next morning there was a request to view it that afternoon. The couple fell in love with the house and said they would buy it! Not having been a fly on the wall during the viewing, I can't comment on how Jarrah presented the house - but it was clearly very effective! The contract was signed the next day. From that point on, he kept us informed of developments, and all went very smoothly. Settlement was just five weeks later. I would recommend Jarrah as an energetic and enthusiastic young man who clearly enjoys his work and is prepared to put serious effort into making things go well for his clients.

We met Jarrah, after being on the market for over 12 months and we were quite despondent with what had been happening to our home with the 2 previous agents. Jarrah was full of enthusiasm and words and we felt, here we go again. But he followed through on what he said he would do. Within the 1st week of being on the market he had all ready had more prospective buyers through than the other 2 agents had in 12 months. It still took a while to sell. Everything Jarrah said he was going to do he did. He communicated with us at every chance and kept us informed of what was happening and the feedback that he was getting from the market. We were very happy with his approach and efforts. Thx JB

After no success selling through another vendor, I was recommended to see the team at Harrison Humphreys. Straight from the outset I was very impressed with Jarrah's professional manner and and handling of the property, pursuing avenues the previous real estate agent had not. Due to the nature of the property it was a difficult property to sell however even after a time had passed Jarrah was still putting every effort in to sell the property and keep in communication with me and I always had the impression that the sale of the property was at the forefront of his mind until the time came where it was sold. Will definitely be seeing Jarrah next time we go to sell.

Jarrah - The property being now settled and the money in the bank, we can now relax about the sake of "Rosewood". It was not an easy sell, as you know too well but w want to thank you for all of your hard work on the sale. You were always on the spot and on the move and reporting to us on a regular basis. We could not have had better service and we commend you highly on your work. Di & John MCGrath

Tom (and Jo Oliver as Co-Agents) were extremely helpful in helping us ready our property for market, in tailoring our marketing campaign to suit our potential buyers and in organising inspections in a manner that was no imposition at all to our own day to day enjoyment of our house. The communication was informative and always constructive and meant that we never felt out of the loop. In the end, we got a price that we believe was very good for our property, and were never pressured to lower our asking price in order to achieve a rapid sell. I would recommend Tom to anyone selling a property, and will use him again should I sell again in the future.

Jarrah was very good to deal with. He was always prompt to respond, did what he said he would do and didn't play games in the negotiations either. He was always upbeat and buying the house through him was a good experience. We would highly recommend him.
