I can thoroughly recommend Jo to any potential seller. She was outstanding with every aspect from hard working effort to communication and negotiations right from day 1. She really made the process of house selling very easy. I can't thank her enough.

We found Jarrah to be most punctual, forthcoming, knowledgeable, accurate & helpful prior to,during & after our purchase. We give him full marks & highly recommend him. We would use him again for any future real estate transactions.

Considering the property had been on sale for a full year with another agency and I had endured the pestering for reducing the price of the property plus auction style negotiating. t Following the change the property sold in a short time with access to a larger Launceston real estate market than that of the country town. I was impressed with Jarrahs energy and passion. He was respectful that i didn't want to be contacted endlessly and the sale was conducted in a very professional manner.I have no hesitation in recommending him as an Agent, in fact we are ready to sell another property and will be contacting him again shortly for an appraisal.

Jarrah is an excellent real estate agent he went over and above driving an hour on a Friday night, to allow us to sign our contract while we were on holiday. We totally recommend Jarrah .

We bought a property from Jarah a year and a half a go and he was an excellent agent to deal with. The home owner was not an easy person to deal with as she changed her mind a lot and even though Jarah was acting in her interests he was always very helpful and went over and beyond to get the sale through in the end- including taking a commission cut! He always communicated what was happening and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jarah! Bel and Duncan

Jarrah helped me buy and sell properties since October 2015. I am impressed by his enthusiasm for managing each case and knowledge about the market. When selling my property recently, he has demonstrated his strategic thinking in marketing my property. I like his timely information reported back to me after each house inspection . His positive thinking reduced my occasional frustration about the pending result of inspections. I definitely recommend Jarrah!

Jarrah is a very hard working and professional agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family. I had full trust in his ability to both market the property and get the result I was after. Jarrah's service was over and above what I would expect from an agent. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to put their property on the market.

Throughout the whole process of purchasing our property we had many issues from troubles with the bank, a dodgy vendor and the need to settle as quickly as possible. This even extended past settlement with the vendors being uncooperative. Jarrah Burns dealt with each and every issue in a timely manner to the best of his ability. Even once settlement was completed he was still more than willing to help and provide his outstanding service. Unlike most agents, he even took our low offer to the vendor without dismissing it immediately. While we've not been on the other end, we would recommend Jarrah for buying or selling a house as he knows what he is doing which is a refreshing change.
