I believe it is extremely important to keep your clients up to date, and Jarrah and his team were always keeping us in the loop and updated. We had an amazing experience with Josh and Piper. Right from the get-go his communication skills, market knowledge and rationalised options of marketing strategies were flawless. His marketing campaign was professional and enticing to buyers resulting in a flood of offers which Josh negotiated and advocated respectfully and efficiently securing a fantastic offer well above expectations closing the sale in a few days after being listed.
