Josh put so much work into getting a purchaser for our property, his determination and doing that but extra (that he didn't have to) ie: out of hours time paid off and he sold our property with in just a few weeks. I also appreciated the constant updates either by text, phone call or email not once a week but as many as he needed to, his fast response to our question even if he missed our calls he would reply almost immediately.
