I found Michael to be honest and down to earth. I sold a block of land with Michael, which is always harder to sell than a house. Michael passed on all interest in the block me, and communicated well with all steps of negotiations once he found the buyer for my block. Being sceptical from past experiences with Real Estate Agents, Luke immediately put me at ease from the first conversation and busted through my preconceptions. He is a great communicator that kept the contact between me and the vendors flowing so all parties were informed, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it; a rare quality, and he always followed up no matter the time. Luke's encouraging, positive outlook and sense of humour helped ease the tension that goes with purchasing a property. I believe the success in securing the prompt purchase was in part due to his upfront approach with both parties and the trust that he established.

Josh put so much work into getting a purchaser for our property, his determination and doing that but extra (that he didn't have to) ie: out of hours time paid off and he sold our property with in just a few weeks. I also appreciated the constant updates either by text, phone call or email not once a week but as many as he needed to, his fast response to our question even if he missed our calls he would reply almost immediately. This helped us to make decisions if needed, he achieved more than we expected and we are grateful. He managed all the complexities for every aspect for which we would like to say Thank you
