Josh was very approachable and very knowledgeable on the sale potential of the house. He was interested in the history of the home and spent time to evaluate its sale attractions such as the pool and tennis court. He communicated with us regularly on the interest of potential buyers. We are first time home vendors. From our very first meeting with Josh and Tom, we knew we were in good hands. Josh continued to help and guide us, as we navigated through the initial few months preparing our home for sale. He explained the procedures of each stage we were going through.
