Micheal’s willingness to go above and beyond to create the best selling strategy and getting perspective purchasers through the property was in my opinion a key reason as to why the property sold at the top end of the range. Michael was positive for the outset, giving us an alternative inspection time to the open home. His advice was genuine, factual, honest. It is what we personally look for in real estate agents, not broad statements and general dilly dallying. He had great local knowledge of the particular suburb. Michael was great to deal with in price and condition negotiations, was honest and called back when he said he would, with information we required to make the right decision. As a result, the property was purchased and communications are still strong and whatever information we need is given, as we don't live near the property. I feel the vendor would feel the same as us in this particular property sale.
