Only thing that did bother me was I got keys to my new house in a zip lock bag, which was a bit disappointing. But overall very happy with the purchase and service.

Eric seemed quick to respond to our request for a market appraisal and to sign us up as our sales agent, but then we never saw or heard much from him after the offer/acceptance. He delegated most of our contact to his two office assistants, with whom we had almost entirely only phon contact. In short, we were not that impressed. At times it seemed to us that Eric and his team were more concerned with the needs of the buyers, rather than us who paid for his services. We felt like as soon as the purchase was confirmed, Eric and his team wanted to move on to his next sale. We would not recommend his services to anyone in future.
