Sold our house in 3 hours!
Eric surpassed our expectations as a sales agent for our home and we could not have been happier with the outcome. Out of COVID comes success.
Eric's traits were "Persistence, Persistence and Persistence". The house went on the market, Covid came, the WA lockdown, lockdown removed, Victorian lockdown. Eric persisted, buyer found, contract signed 9.00 pm at night, happy buyer and happy seller. Closed before the end of November, even with no Covid vaccine available.

Thriving within the external conditions in combating Covid19
As Australian abroad, it would have been irresponsible for parents with children simply to drop all our obligations and return as nations coordinate to combat Covid19 pandemic together.
