Excellent agent!
We had put our house on the market a couple of years ago and unfortunately our agents were unable to get an offer, never mind a sale. From the time we met with Eric, it was a very different experience. We were impressed with his confidence and professionalism. We received a satisfactory offer at the end of the first 'home open', and while that sale did not go ahead, Eric lined up a number of clients to view the house and within a month it had sold. Just really friendly and highly competent operators. We wouldn't hesitate to engage them again if we were selling another property.
