They helped us with great advice to prepare the house for open homes and we successfully sold at our target price point, after the first inspection weekend. Charles has very good knowledge of the local market and was able to target it to key buyers. He found the right buyer at the beginning of the second week on the market, secured a good price for both buyer and ourselves, the whole transaction was very smooth and fast!
