I was able to secure a 3 bedroom house, close to beach with a pet dog. I thought there was no way we were able to be successful in any application as nearly all rental property with inspection had SO SO MANY APPLICATIONS. All the staff have been professional and very friendly all the way. We are most delighted. First we had a meeting with one of the directors and the property manager. We discussed what we had to offer and the kind of tenants it would suit. Our rental was inspected and professional photos taken. The proposed ad was emailed for our approval and m2 was quickly added.
