John Weaver of Havig and Jackson, was very professional, informative and friendly from the time I approached him to sell my Chermside unit , to the time the sale was finalised. John kept me up to the minute with progress of the sale and frequently offered practical and helpful advice to help matters along. John seemed to care as much for the buyers as he did for me , the vendor. He was informative and understanding to each client and submitted offers and the reasons for each. John's ethical behaviour was always evident. There was never any deception and he was always honest and upfront. I was impressed with his transparency of each step of the sale and his professionalism at all times certainly made for a very quick and satisfactory result. "I recently sold a unit in Clayfield. Deciding to sell was easy, choosing John Weaver (Havig and Jackson) as the Real Estate Agent to represent me was pure genius. We met initially at the property and I sought John's advise regarding any cost effective improvements which he felt would benefit both myself and any potential buyer. John organised trades and purchases to expedite the works and his directive and support was invaluable. I live in Cairns therefore most of our communication was via email or phone. This could have been arduous however John's passion and enthusiasm made the process a breeze. The sale certainly was not a walk in the park as two contracts fell over at the last minute. I also had Body Corporate issues relating to the upkeep of the property during the open house viewings and again John stepped up to the plate to resolve any problems in a efficient and courteous manner.
