At Marks suggestion we had an open home inspection after our house had only been on the market for 24 hours. I was impressed at Marks enthusiasm so although I was unsure if we would have any groups through at all, there was incredible turn out and we had 5 offers on that first day! Mark had great market knowledge and his suggestions were very helpful to us. The entire process of selling was made so much easier and less stressful simply because Mark is an absolute professional. We recently purchased a property from Mark in the Wooloowin area. He conducted himself and the sales/purchase processes flawlessly. Mark is a bit of a guru. He knows the market, knows what buyers are looking for and knows how to make it happen. He advised me on how I should present my property, helped me arrange tradespeople to do the work, timed the sale perfectly and had the property sold in only a couple of days from its release for a good price. I'd recommend him. Just make sure you listen to what he tells you because he knows his stuff.
