I have found Hayden Real Estate to be responsive and engaging from the start. They answered my website enquiry quickly and managed my expectations throughout the leasing process. They were able to recommend tradespeople and cleaners who were also responsive and keen for the work, even over the Christmas-New Year quiet period. In the end our property was leased quickly with just enough time for us to get some maintenance tasks completed before our new tenant moved in, minimising that problematic empty time. The staff have been professional and engaging throughout the process and very happy to answer questions along the way.

I would consider myself as someone who is tough but fair and if a business has unjustly done wrong by me as a client or customer I'll go to great lengths to ensure I make other people, the general public etc aware of their poor customer service. Having said, when a business has been fantastic to deal with, I equally go to great lengths to ensure they are recognised in the eye of the public. Hayden is the latter. The following is my honest opinion and I am in no way, shape or form rewarded by Hayden for providing the feedback below. I've been with Hayden Melbourne since I bought the property in 2013 and Phoebe has been my property manager since she came on board with the company about 2016. As per feedback in the past Phoebe is an exceptional operator. Firstly, she's very responsive with her communication and has done so consistently throughout the past4 years, not just her initial honeymoon period upon joining Hayden. Secondly, she has a client's best interest at heart and she will do her best to provide the best possible service at all times. Furthermore, even though no doubt she has a large client portfolio, every time I dealt with her she has made my customer experience very personalised and not once has she given me a "I'm too busy with other clients" impression. Last but not least she is extremely professional and she is someone I fully trust with my property. I can't speak more highly of her. I'm a strong believer that attitude reflects leadership and no doubt Phoebe is a true reflection of the leadership behind her and as a whole Hayden is one of the most profesional, extremely well organised, very efficient businesses I have ever dealt with and this is coming from someone who works in a corporate environment having dealt with in excess of 30,000 businesses across every industry over the past 18 years. ..Hence why I class Jonathan being the owner of Hayden and Phoebe as 'highly recommended'.
