For a little period of time we had a number of agent changes, but over the past couple of years our property has been handled by Phoebe. We could not be happier. Her attention to detail, friendly disposition and ability to service our needs is second to none. She is a credit to the agency and we are glad she is managing our property. Hayden Real Estate are very professional and organised Managers of both properties we own as investments. Rental payments are made on time, and any problems are attended to promptly, to both the tenants and our satisfaction. In the past we used a different company, who took 'forever' to get problems attended to and were tardy when it came to paying our rental income. Hayden are the very best in Property Management.
