Karen was both professional & thorough in her approach to selling our home. She efficiently and effectively managed the finer details involved in the sale process which assisted us to achieve a great result. Overall, we’re so pleased we chose the Hayden Real Estate team at Leopold to sell our property. First class service.

From our first meeting, Karen impressed us with her readiness to help us search for a home, happily answering questions and trying to clear the way for us to make decisions. When we found the place we liked most, Karen assisted greatly in navigating us through the channels of purchase, particularly in matching up deposit and settlement dates and being available with sensible advice, recommendations, and attention. As we have not moved house for 42 years, we are fairly clueless about the process, so we are grateful to Karen for her work.

First impressions mean a lot particularly in Real Estate. Karen made an immediate extraordinary impact. She was professional and had a very down to earth warm presence. We could not fault the communication throughout the sale period and we were constantly kept up to date. Karen’s knowledge of the local market was exceptional. She exceeded our expectations in regards to service and negotiation of price, making our sale stress free. We have no hesitate in highly recommending Karen.

Karen and her knowledge of the area, was outstanding and being a local real estate was great. So if we had questions we could pop into office and speak to Monique, Robyn or Karen. What a great team and highly recommend them when you're in a need of a agent. Thanks Karen, Robyn and Monique Cheers Sue and Ray

After meeting with two other local agents, myself and my sisters chose Karen Purcell to represent our mother’s home in Leopold in mid-December 2021. We could tell Hayden Real Estate-Leopold, put a lot of work into their listings. Initially, we met with Karen at our mother’s home. She spent time answering all our questions, providing data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing information on comparable properties in the area. Her local knowledge was invaluable. Karen Purcell made the selling process incredibly easy, she responded promptly to all our phone calls and nothing was a bother. She set out a timeline for getting the property ready for sale; cleaning, staging, photographs, and open for inspection times. When we saw the listing, we were amazed, the property looked fantastic. Two day after listing, and ten days before Christmas, the first open for inspection was held and we had an offer that very day. The second offer secured the property. Karen Purcell’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off Being represented by Karen Purcell, couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Karen from the Hayden Real Estate Leopold Team She's a true professional and a genuine person. I don't I believe you would find a better agent to represent your property.

Karen, Robyn and the team at Hayden’s are all 5 star. I would definitely use Karen again as my real estate agent. She really knows her stuff. Our house was sold in just over a week. Thanks again Karen and keep up the fantastic work.

Karen was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process, showed us a couple of alternate properties that she thought might be of interest & was quick with responses to any calls/emails/questions we had. We also had to make multiple inspection due to our work & traveling from Melbourne schedules, which was never too much trouble & made each appointment without any hassles. Thanks Karen.

My interaction with Hayden Real Estate was outstanding. We had bought with them, had our property managed and recently sold with Hayden and I must say throughout all the stages of our investment they have been amazing to work with, always providing excellent service. You made the process simple and easy every step of the way for us and we appreciated your patience and expertise. Firstly, thanks to all the property managers over the past 4 years. Their communication, accountability, ethics and empathy made them stand out from the crowd as they helped me navigate leasing and especially with the recent challenges of lockdown and changes that have been implemented by the government. I’d like to acknowledge Jade, Kate and Paula for their skills, patience and professionalism over the past 4 years. It’s been a pleasure to work with you all and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for property manages to your company. Lastly, I’d like to send a very big thank you to Karen who was our selling agent through Hayden. It was refreshing to find someone who was straight down the line and honest with her approach to selling. I followed her advice and judgment and presented the property as we agreed to give it the best chance of selling. I was very pleasantly surprised when we received a decent strong offer in the first 72 hours of the house being listed and we accepted the offer. Everything went smoothly and the property has sold awaiting settlement in the next couple of weeks. From the beginning Karen was realistic on were the market was and has delivered. I would highly recommend the Team at Hayden Real Estate, thank you again for a very pleasurable experience. Regards, Rosemary
