We changed from our initial agent, who sadly, wasn't getting any concrete results and decided to talk to Karen with a view to changing agents. This was absolutely the best decision we have made, thanks to my lovely wife Janice. Karen's approach was different from day 1 and she managed to achieve great numbers of interested buyers at our open houses that eventually resulted in our house being sold at a price that we were very pleased with. Having a local agent with an office in the area and a great sales record in our area was a no brainer and something we should have decided on much earlier than we did. Karen was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, fair and very communicative. She responded to queries and calls quickly. She ensured opens happened like clockwork and gave us feedback all the time. She was honest and straightforward about market conditions and didn't try oversell what she could do in difficult market conditions. But when we got offers she made sure we didn’t undersell. She was transparent about contracts terms and more than happy to say if we weren't happy with service that she'd let us out the contract. Needless to say - we didn't want out. Karen was fantastic. Exactly the kind of service you want when selling a house!

I was impressed with the knowledge / facts and amount of detail concerning the property.
