Karen and the team at Hayden have been excellent to deal with throughout our house hunting/buying journey. We always looked forward to property inspections when they held them because we knew we were dealing with honest, reliable people. Karen is very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent - which is a big relief in the current market. She made the process of purchasing our new property an easy and stress-free experience. We would definitely recommend working with Karen and the Hayden team.

From Day 1 Karen was amazing to deal with! As first time sellers, we knew nothing. Karen was so knowledgeable about the area, other houses sold and the current market it just made our job easy! Karen always kept in contact with us, updating after every inspection and offering advice. We sold at the top end of our price range and couldn't be happier!! If you want someone local, knowledgeable and friendly - sign with Karen!

There’s a reason that Karen is one of the top selling agents in Leopold. Karen was extremely helpful, friendly & professional throughout the entire process which achieved a good outcome despite the current economic conditions.

Karen went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my property, walked me through everything step by step which made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. Karen worked tirelessly and brought multiple offers in for me and was always happy to discuss pros and cons of each offer. I can't no recommend Karen highly enough to anyone looking to sell there home!!!!

Karen was very professional in her approach to the sale of the property.she met with the family to provide us with valuable information on presentation of the house , administrative requirements and a general idea of repairs. She remained accessible for any queries we may have had and advised us on timeline and kept us constantly informed on the process of sale. She was encouraging and listened to our requests,e.g acceptance of vendors offers advising on the best price possible. It has been a pleasant and no stress experience with Karen and. In comparison with other agents from Clifton Spring, Karen was excellent and I really appreciate her effort while working with me to land this property. Love your work Karen

Not my first rodeo when it comes to buying/selling property and definitely not one that needs there hand held along the way, in saying that communication was pretty bad boarder line none existent at times .there were a few moments I was left scratching my head after not getting a call back/update But the biggest thing to rub me the wrong way was when the buyers request for extension to obtain finance was relayed to me via a cold to the point email from conveyancer ( standard practice again been there done that) but to get not a single call, text or email from the agent your paying to relay that message on to you and zero contact a week + after . yeah not great! Super friendly and seem to be a genuinely nice person which is always a plus, however when your paying what is thousands of dollars to someone there is an expectation and mine fall short which is really a shame.

Karen was fantastic in recognizing exactly what we were looking for in a property. Karen went above and beyond to get us through a property that had not even hit the market yet. We loved the property and had the pleasure of dealing with Karen all the way through to purchase. Karen was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy throughout the dealings with the Vendor and ourselves. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a property to purchase or sell. We will be using Karen's services again hopefully in the near future.

Karen helped us to sell our home during rising interest rates and a Federal Election! She was available any time, and always professional. We appreciated her advice throughout the entire process, and she made sure we always knew what was happening. Thanks again Karen
