Karen was very informative of the area, and gave us a lot of suggestions of things to do in the area, as we are moving from Melbourne to live in Leopold and made us feel very comfortable with our choice. Karen was chosen out of my assessment of three competing real estate agents. Karen was the first to respond and followed up with a phone call detailing options, local market status and marketing options. My gut feeling was that Karen was the right agen for us, however I wanted to ensure that there that the other agents didn't offer a better option for us. Although the other agents were of a high calibre, I still viewed Karen's response as the best for us. Further Karen operates as a fair business person looking for the best deal, her level a diligence and communication are excellent. As an owner of five investment properties, I do not make these choices and comments lightly. I would definitely work with Karen in the future if the opportunity arose.

I orginally contacted Karen about another home, however, was told that was I wasnt fast enough and the home was sold already. Sensing my disappointment, she contacted me the same day about another property, which i ended up buying. She was very honest with me with great communication skills. I am a first home buyer and any question i had was answered. Thanks a lot Karen, I really appreciate it and will be in contact when the time comes to move on.
