I found Karen to be very professional. She is very knowledgeable and has a thorough understanding of the local market. Karen was always approachable and at no time did I hesitate in contacting her with regards to the sale of my property. She was very understanding even when the selling of the house was not my choice as it was due to personal reasons beyond my control. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who is either looking to buy or sell.

Our property was sold before it was listed on the internet. Karen was able to find a buyer and was able to lock in an offer at the top end of our price range. The property was sold in a couple of days after deciding to sell it. The results were amazing, a big thankyou to Karen and the team from Hayden Real Estate, Leopold.

I can't say enough good things about Karen who communicated our circumstances to the vendor, which allowed us a little time to achieve a good outcome for the vendor and for us.

I would like to thank Karen for all her time she was very easy to get into when I had questions. She was also happy to help me with viewings ect with my hard and unflexible work hours.

Very approachable, friendly and genuine. Felt we could express any concerns directly and they were heard and fed back to relevant parties.

After meeting with several agents, it was clear that Karen was the perfect person to sell our property! Her knowledge of the local market ensured our house sold in under 2 weeks and for an incredible price. Karen kept us informed on a daily basis and went above and beyond to ensure the whole sales process was smooth and stress free. I'm so grateful we chose Hayden real estate to sell our property and it was a pleasure having Karen in our home

Karen delivered a wonderful result for us, we couldn't be happier. She was able to highlight the strengths of our home and she has great knowledge of the Bellarine Peninsula. She always listened to us and never put pressure on us, like some real estate agents. Karen is very friendly, confident and easy to communicate with. Karen did her best to make the selling process as stress-free as possible. It was an absolute pleasure to have had Karen, as our agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.

I am writing in regards to our purchase made with Karen Purcell of Hayden Real Estate Leopold. My partner and I had recently sold our house and were looking to purchase a larger, modern house for our next home. We had seen a few potential properties, but had had trouble for whatever reason - agents not communicating properly, vendors chopping and changing or not even letting us inspect their property for sale!! Then we saw a property with Hayden Leopold. We organised a inspection with Karen. On arrival Karen greeted us in a very warm, friendly, casual but still professional manner. She talked greatly about the property, it’s history and it’s owners. She asked us what we were looking for and needed. Clearly this house had it all for us since we bought it! When it came to making offers, Karen was always courteous. She communicated with us really well we’re things were at and what the vendors intentions were. We were able to negotiate settlement time, price etc to a level that suited us and the vendors I’m sure. Karen did a great job during this process and we cannot thank her enough for helping us get our new home!! Ps. A big thank you to Hugh as well as he had to open the house for a inspection for us another time. He was great as well!
