As an elderly widow, the prospect of selling, with all the legal requirements was very daunting. That was without the physical hard work, and the trauma of leaving behind so many wonderful memories . Karen was completely professional, but also understood all my concerns . From beginning to end, everything was explained so well, support given with so much care. She felt like a friend to me, but fully professional in getting the very best deal for me.
