We had previously sold a property with Hayden Real Estate and contacted them for a sales estimate on our home. The initial meeting was both warm and friendly and it was also professional and very well presented. We were impressed. Penny mentioned that they had some buyers who might be interested in our house already. It was an easy decision to trust Penny with our home and as we weren't yet ready, we decided to put our home in her care, off market. We did a general tidy up and had some photos taken for the Hayden website. Before we knew it, we had an offer and Penny helped us negotiate to a selling price we were happy with. As a sign of her dedication, I was lucky to find Penny in the office on a day when the office was officially closed! After talking with her for nearly an hour about the property I was wanting to sell, I was very impressed by her professionalism and personal presentation, as well as her knowledge of the local market and the approach she would use to market the property. After appointing her, the property was sold within 3 weeks at a very acceptable price.
