Penny sold 2 properties for me, and always reported on opens and buyers who were interested.
I had a particular hard property to sell, but Penny Dawson stuck with this endeavour and 2 years later it was sold. She worked so hard, but never gave up as she followed people when they were interested and got back to them. She had great market knowledge of the area and really got to know the place she was selling and the benefits of the property. Because she stayed with me to sell the property finally, I gave her another property to sell and this was sold quickly. But Penny did not push me to accept the offer, she worked it through with me. Give Penny a chance to sell your property, you will not regret it. I certainly didn't.
