Great result
Dealing with Hugh was a pleasure. Although we had lockdowns Hugh assured us he had the right strategy for selling our property and he was spot on. He kept us fully informed on the progress throughout the campaign and we sold in a few weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Hugh if the situation arises again in the future.

Hughmungas!
I had the pleasure of dealing with the management team from Hayden Real Estate for sometime while the property had been rented out. The team found tenants who treated the house like their own. When it came time for me to sell the property Hayden were my first choice and did not let me down. Despite the challenges of lockdown and not being able to meet Hugh face to face we got a long like a house on fire (pardon the pun!) and Hugh demonstrated a high level of experience, enthusiasm and professionalism to all parties.

Sold quickly and easily
Lynley made the sale of our property seem simple - even though a long distance sale, Lynley's communication, friendly manner, attention to detail and great knowledge of the local market meant we got a price we were pleased with in just a few short weeks ... even during COVID times. As we were not Ocean Grove locals, Lynley even offered to do any necessary tidying up (such as leaves etc in the courtyard) prior to open inspections. She always kept in contact and gave a detailed run down following each inspection. We received offers from the first and Lynley worked tirelessly to keep in touch with prospective buyers and get us a price and buyer we were very happy with. Lynley is a pleasure to work with!

Professionalism, Knowledge and Care
We recently purchased a home through Penny Dawson. Her knowledge of the area was excellent.
