She and her team have shown extraordinary knowledge about the real estate market and have put a lot of effort into the sales campaign, be it inspections, following up with potential buyers and communicating with us. I suppose agents have got to run through many different spiels to 'answer' clients questions but when you cannot back the flow of the spiel it becomes annoying to listen to extraneous info that often confuses the original answer. Maybe they need to momentarily stop and ask 'have I answered your question' Every client is different by their level of real estate knowledge,financial matters, provision of services,etc.
