Yan Lin from Hayeswinckle Real Estate has managed the sale of our IP. She and her team have shown extraordinary knowledge about the real estate market and have put a lot of effort into the sales campaign, be it inspections, following up with potential buyers and communicating with us. We never had to wait longer than a couple of hours for a reply via text or email and would often get a reply at 10pm or later. This shows Yan's dedication to the industry. We received weekly updates on how the inspections went so they kept us up to date during the whole process. I am really glad that we went with Yan and her team and I can highly recommend her. I suppose agents have got to run through many different spiels to 'answer' clients questions but when you cannot back the flow of the spiel it becomes annoying to listen to extraneous info that often confuses the original answer. Maybe they need to momentarily stop and ask 'have I answered your question' Every client is different by their level of real estate knowledge,financial matters, provision of services,etc.
