Having regular opens on both Saturday and Sunday maximised the likelihood that interested people could come through. Each open was always followed up with a phone call to let us know how things had gone. As we were remote, Michelle offered us tips for reliable contractors that could help with cleaning and gardening. When it came to the negotiation time, we felt confident that Michelle got us the best price and terms in an otherwise difficult market.
