I went with Michelle because I could tell right from the start, she was like no other agent, I thought I knew a lot about Real Estate, Michelle knows a lot more! Her team always kept me informed throughout the whole process, although the whole process took only two weeks. I always thought it didn’t really matter which agent you went for… It does. Whether you are buying or selling, Michelle makes the whole process as straightforward as possible through her honesty and realism.

Thanks so much to Michelle and The Hayeswinckle Highton team to deliver a great result! Michelle’s initial presentation on how she planned to sell my property was very impressive and achieved as per the initial plan. It was a pleasure to work with Michelle through the selling process. Michelle is friendly, professional, honest and a great communicator throughout the selling process. Other agents could have settled for a quick sell at a lower selling price but Michelle didn’t so I’m very appreciative of that. I won’t hesitate to reach out to Michelle for future properties and highly recommend to others!

Michelle and her team made the selling process straight forward with great communication by email, phone and text all the way through. Having regular opens on both Saturday and Sunday maximised the likelihood that interested people could come through. Each open was always followed up with a phone call to let us know how things had gone. As we were remote, Michelle offered us tips for reliable contractors that could help with cleaning and gardening. When it came to the negotiation time, we felt confident that Michelle got us the best price and terms in an otherwise difficult market.
