Selling right as the market drops is one thing I don't advise. Selling when you have already purchased another property, that adds a new level of stress Then add selling over the Christmas holidays, I dont think we couple of made it any harder. One thing I found in all this is how personal Michelle ( and her assistant Sophie) are. It wasn't just " another sale" to them - the personal attention, focus and follow up on every lead was handled professionally. At time of actual sale - I think they were more excited as we were.. I met a few agents before signing up with, and they were too keen just to get a signature on the agreement - where Michelle spent time to find out about us, what we needed, and what we needed to do to ensure the home and marketing is right for us If you are selling, I would recommend to give Michelle a call
