The property was our deceased mother's unit in Grovedale, Victoria. Whilst previewing agents in the Grovedale area, it became clear that Michelle Winckle, was not only knowledgeable about the local market values and best way to market the property, but, that Michelle inspired confidence that she was the best agent to achieve a successful sale. Michelle and her team at Hayes & Winckle were well and truly on top of the whole process, consulting with us all the way and the end result was achieving a higher sale price than was anticipated. Hence the title of this review, Michelle is truly an "Excellent Agent"

I was quite stressed about the whole auction process as it was our first but racheal made sure we knew everything we needed to beforehand and we walked away with our first home. She answered all our questions promptly and we were very happy to even get to walk through the home an extra time as we were away one weekend of the open house. Thankyou

Rachael Taylor was so impressive during the purchase of our new property we had no doubt who we would be using to sell our current property. Rachael’s down to earth nature, enthusiasm and professionalism well and truly exceeded our expectations. Rachael advised us that an Auction would be the best approach for selling our property and we could not believe the fantastic outcome achieved through that process. The auctioning of a property can be a very nerve racking and stressful time but we were always made to feel at ease from start to finish with Rachael’s reassurance and confidence in knowing the market. We could not recommend Rachael highly enough and advise anyone selling a home to give Rachael the opportunity to get the best result for you.

Rachael went over and beyond for the vendor and us (purchasers). Nothing was ever a hassle and we were kept informed during the entire auction process! Her care for her elderly vendors was exemplary, I would have thought they were her family. I would highly recommend Rachael not only for her professionalism but as an agent with empathy. I’ll be recommending her to friends and family! We need more professional and caring female agents in Geelong.

Rachael Taylor was fantastic to work with from purchasing our new family home and selling our previous home Rachael saw what we had imagined and made it happen. Rachael is very efficient, hand working and has excellent communication, she honestly has such passion for the industry and thoroughly enjoy's and strives to achieve the best possible results for her vendor. I instantly felt at ease from our first appraisal from her welcoming mannerisms and her calm and none pushy nature, she helped us understand the prodedures as it was our first time using a realestate agent for selling and purchasing. Rachael cannot come with a higher recommendation from my husband and I. She truly was the perfect fit for us!
