Cannot speak more highly of Rachael. She has been amazing right from our initial appraisal. We were always kept in the loop and she went above and beyond throughout our entire selling process and most of all was successful in getting the price we wanted. Highly recommend Rachael, definitely Geelong’s best agent!

Both Rachael and Luke put in a great deal of effort to sell our home for us. Would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using Hayeswinckle again to sell any more of our homes. Go the pink!

We were very lucky to be able to purchase our new home from Rachael! Having already sold our existing property and with our settlement date pending, Rachael was fantastic in ensuring we were well informed about an upcoming property that ticked all our boxes. Rachael was warm, friendly, easily contactable and provided a purchase process that was smooth and stress free!

Michelle is approachable, realistic and supportive. We had other agents in mind, but from the moment we met with her we knew she was the one! Her ongoing communication, professionalism and honesty were a great support when selling our first home. We are very happy with the result and couldn't recommend her more highly!

We chose to sell our house with Rachael because of her excellent sales prices in our area. She was very personable, hard working and flexible which made the experience of selling our house easy. She followed through with all her commitments which got us our desired sale price. Would highly recommend!

Over all Rachael was a very good agent, there were a couple of times where the communication was a little slow but besides that we were very happy with Rachael.

I never do these reviews normally, but Rachael's service was above and beyond what I expected from a Real Estate Agent. At quite a stressful time in my life, I had to sell my home. First contact, Rachael discussed ideas of a plan and instantly acted on them from day one. My home was sold in under a week for the correct price! Interlinked with Luke Bennett, they both talked me through a mistake I had made, they instantly helped and corrected the paperwork. Can not rate high enough and would definitely use again. Thank you, to both, for making it such a simple sale.

We met Rachel through a recommendation from a friend. We told her about our the type of house we wanted to buy and our price range. We’d been looking for a house for the better part of a year and we’d spoken to lots of agents who said they’d get back to us with houses and prices who never did. Rachel is clearly no regular agent. It hadn’t even been a few weeks before we got a call that a house was on the market in our range! We had an inspection that same weekend and put in an offer that was accepted the same day. If you want to sell or buy a house with no fuss speak to Rachel! She’s made the whole process a breeze and I can’t recommend her service as a real estate agent enough!

We have been beyond happy with Rachael. Her communication has been amazing and we have always completely been in the loop and have never been left wondering what to do next. Rachael’s advice helped us to get the best outcome possible for the sale of our house and the process ran so smoothly. Not many people can say they sold their house in the first weekend of opens but we can thanks to Rachael and the Team. You are an absolute star and we are so glad we chose you to sell our house and get the best outcome to make our dreams of having acreage for our kids to grow, and we will be forever grateful for that. Rachel was great not only with the purchase of our new property but also with offering advice when we needed with the sale of our property even though she was not the selling agent. Highly recommend Rachel, extremely happy with her service.
