Tyran communicated with me prior to the sale of the property outlining a clear plan for how the marketing would be conducted and a strategy to selling the property. He introduced me to an extremely competitive staging provider and the property presented so well, which I believe contributed to such a quick sale, contracts exchanged within a week - must be a record and all without having to compromise on price. He is calm and considered with the responses he provided to all of my questions. He operates with a great deal of integrity not always seen in this industry. His communication style is strong without being overpowering and always looking after the interests of the vendor while still being respectful to dealings with the purchaser.
