Martin Faux is an exceptional person and a veritable asset to his real estate team. And no, he is not holding a gun up to a toy rabbit’s heads saying, “Give me a good review or the bunny gets it!” In fact, it was a relief to find someone like Marty, who really does have his finger on the pulse. Marty had a realistic assessment of current market values. Marty was calm and supportive through an often emotionally trying house sale for any vendor. When we first met Glen, his promise was to be honest and frank, not only with us, but with potential buyers too. Brett's knowledge of the market, based on his many years of experience, was outstanding, as was his professionalism. His estimate of what my home might sell for in a difficult market (and how I could optimize that price) was realistic and very helpful. His advice, in terms of how I could prepare my home for sale, was incredibly helpful. He provided contact information for a gardener, window cleaner, house cleaner, house stylist and handyman, all of whom provided fair quotes and did an excellent job. Brett was always available at the other end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to him, as were his excellent staff. In conclusion (and as someone who has previously never been inclined to provide reviews) I could not recommend Brett Hayman more highly.

Glen made the whole experience of selling stressless and straight forward. He is an excellent communicator which means that we were well informed throughout the sale process with timely updates and dedicated times to review the current sale situation. For example, straight after an open inspection we would receive a text message or phone call detailing how many parties went through the property and how many requests for a contract. Glen was very responsive to buyer's situation regarding availability for open inspections and on many occasions opened the property outside the advertised times. Taking a buyer through the property at short notice on a Sunday resulted in the sale of this property. We always felt comfortable asking Glen basic questions and felt that he was very transparent to ourselves and buyers throughout the sale process. We have no hesitation in recommending Glen as a sales agent to other sellers.
