In making this purchase, I was able to depend totally on Shane for his trustworthiness and expertise. His knowledge of the Canberra market was exhaustive. His familiarity with the apartment complex into which I wanted to buy, dating all the way back to its planning stages, was extremely reassuring and gave me confidence. As an interstate buyer relocating to Canberra, I needed a lot of extra support and assistance, which Shane supplied in abundance. Nothing was ever any trouble and no request went unanswered. He made the whole purchasing process a pleasure and I actually felt he was enjoying himself as much as I was. Above all, I found Shane to be utterly reliable, open, honest and kind. He was always available at a moment’s notice, whatever the time of day, seven days a week. His enthusiasm for his profession and for the property itself was infectious and I have thoroughly enjoyed every interaction with him. Having now moved to Canberra and seen my new home in person, I am even more elated and impressed with all Shane has done for me. In retrospect, I can see how carefully he matched me and my personality and needs to my new apartment and all it has to offer. I shall always be deeply grateful to Shane and to Hayman Partners for making my move to Canberra such a joyous and satisfying experience.
