Marty looked after the sale of my investment property via auction and his initial presentation, communication and sales pack was nothing short of 100% (I met two agents in the day and there was never a question of who I would choose) Through the process Marty kept me informed, answered all of my questions and I never felt out of the loop. On auction day Marty, the auctioneer and another staff member were present and very professional. The property sold for a good amount but even if it passed in, it would Not have changed my opinion of Marty and the team. I would 100% recommend this team to be your selling agents.

Tyran has been amazing to deal with as first-time sellers! He has answered all of our questions throughout the process and explained everything in detail to ensure we understood everything that was happening. He kept us up to date through the sale after each open home with what people were saying and any feedback given by potential buyers to the point we were able to sell prior to auction! My experience with Brett Hayman and his Team was fantastic. They are all very knowledgeable about property and the market, friendly, well organised and highly communicative. I don't think my property was the easiest to sell but I didn't get a sense ever that this was slowing them down in finding the right Buyer and achieving a good result for me.
