Tyran was great to work with, very professional and hard working. His appraisal of the property was well researched and thoughtful, and his manner at all times was friendly, honest and helpful. Unlike a lot of agents, he didn't take the "alpha male" approach but was collaborative and listened, while also offering well-considered advice at every step. And when a curve ball hit, he was calm and solution-oriented. He also seemed to deal well with the potential buyers, whether it was getting accurate answers to all their questions or accommodating online tours and long-distance inquiries. I'd definitely recommend Tyran to other sellers who want an agent who's easy to work with and customer focused.
