I’m very glad to have worked with Brett on the sale of my property. The market changed quite a bit from the beginning to the end of the campaign. Navigating that from Interstate and learning the mechanics of an Auction process for the first time had some stress. Every time I spoke to Brett I felt better. Brett gave me clear advice while never pressuring me in any direction. He was happy to discuss best and worse case scenarios without trying to dismiss my concerns. His whole team communicated frequently about open houses and inspections and they put in extra effort when the residents of the house had not prepared things adequately for open houses.
