While I liked the house from the start Glen's advice and insights gave me the confidence to seriously consider it then register for the auction. Also the contract for sale that Glen drafted was more detailed than others I'd read which helped assure me about the house. Glen's support continued after the auction with advice about conveyancing lawyers and providing house dimensions. Throughout all of this Glen was always responsive to my calls and txt's.

I found Glen to be approachable, knowledgeable and sincere. I relied on his guidance in the preparation of the unit for sale. As I live 3 hours away he arranged the quotes for floor sanding/staining, painting and Stylist. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the upgrades and feel that it made a world of difference in its marketing. Glen also provided suggestions for the solicitor of which I am happy to use. Throughout the marketing period, Glen kept me informed of the progress with calls or texts after each 'open house' I also received written summary of the event twice. Once offers were forthcoming I relied on Glen's advice about selling strategies. Although the market was deemed 'hot' it was very rewarding to receive monies in excess of my expectation. Even after the sale, Glen provided - where to now - information which gave me a complete service for which I am grateful.
