Some auctions run themselves but ours went to negotiation off the bat. Brett was able to skilfully move between both parties to reach a middle ground that satisfied everyone. He gave us enough time to make decisions while still touching base regularly. Brett first gave us advice a year ago that we would be better served waiting another year before selling. We took his advice and what great advice it was as the market in our area skyrocketed about 10 months later. Every step of our dealings with Brett were first class. He worked tirelessly, taking through over 70 groups to look at the property. Communication was constant and he was very quick to reply and advise on anything we needed. Advice on styling, minor repairs and the contacts provided made the property look its best. The auction was conducted professionally and we ended up with a great result. Brett and his team provided excellent guidance through all facets of the selling process for our property in Curtin. As we live abroad we were not in a position to meet face-to-face with the team but from our initial online meetings with Brett through to final negotiations on our property we relied heavily on Hayman Partners.
