This is the second time Shane Killalea has handled selling a house for us. We found Shane to be very honest in his estimate and he gave us plenty of information backed up by evidence of how the market was doing in our area. My mother had moved to a nursing home and we needed the property sold ASAP. After every open house Shane rang and gave us feedback on the viewing and what interest was shown in the property. He also informed us when people wanted a second and/or private viewing and what day and time he would be there with them. The property was sold by auction and the price we received far exceeded our expectations, I think in part due to Shane's positive selling technique. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated.
